Camellia in the cross-hairs

Out of context

A favourite ploy of photographers to create a point of interest is to place an object out of context.

Here, nature did most of the job for me.  A camellia flower had fallen and landed on the tiled patio floor.  I just moved it a little to correspond to the intersection of tiles.

I can see potential works of art anywhere these days.

Must be the discipline of finding something new to place on my blog every day (except weekends!).
